What We Do
At Wellmoor, we support people in our local communities to live happy, healthy and fulfilling lives. Whether through joining our social groups, learning a new skill, or taking part in a physical activity class, we offer many opportunities to connect the community together.
Where We Work
As the health and wellbeing strand of the Moretonhampstead Development Trust, we work across North-East Dartmoor to support people living in towns such as Moretonhampstead, Chagford, Okehampton, and the surrounding villages. We also collaborate with other organisations across Devon to deliver projects that support rural communities to thrive.
