What is a Community Builder?
Community Builders support people to grow their own ideas and try new things that bring people together, with the hope of improving their wellbeing and making the community a better place to live.
We help to create new networks, connect people and opportunities and look at what resources exist in an area - for example, community spaces, skills, groups and people.
Who is my Community Builder?
Your Community Builder is Torie Hitchings.
You might already know Torie from meeting her at Wellmoor’s other activities like Friendly Fridays, the Moretonhampstead allotment, and day trips to name a few. Now, she’s taking on a new role as Community Builder, and would love to hear all your feedback and ideas on what exists in your local area and what new things you’d like to see.
