Do you, or the person you care for, want to view your ‘MY CARE’ hospital details online?

It’s now simpler than ever for you to view some aspects of your hospital and specialist community medical information online. You can access MY CARE using an app on your mobile phone or computer. If you’re a carer for someone, we can help set up your MY CARE account (and proxy access for your cared for person if needed). Come along, and please make sure you bring your NHS number too.

At this session, you could learn to:

- Set up your online MY CARE account

- View your upcoming appointments

- View some of your test results

- Message your clinical teams

-Set up proxy access so you can see your cared for person’s details (you’ll need to bring your cared for person with you to do this)

Make sure to bring your smartphone or laptop if you have one!
