Step into nature and lift your mood with our Wednesday Wellbeing Walks, setting off weekly from Chagford Health Centre at 10:00am.
Led by a trained wellbeing walk leader, these relaxed, sociable walks alternate each week between 45 and 90 minutes. It’s a great way to get moving, enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Chagford, and connect with others.
No need to book – just turn up and join in. Everyone’s welcome!
