Thread Brothers

We’re so excited to introduce a new group, designed for men.

Come along to Thread Brothers — a free practical sewing and mending group for men. This group will be led by none other than Tony Rea, Great British Sewing Bee finalist!

Learn to sew, repair clothes, and upcycle fabric into new items in a relaxed, hands‑on group.

Thread Brothers is a partnership between Devon Partnership NHS Trust, Open Up, Wellmoor, and Great British Sewing Bee finalist, Tony Rea.

Together, we want to explore whether hands-on, creative activities helps to improve mental wellbeing.

Read on for all the important information on the sessions.
