Wednesday Wellbeing Walks

If you enjoy time outside, a gentle walk and getting to know new people, then our Wednesday Wellbeing Walks could be for you.

All our walks are led by trained wellbeing walk leaders who know the area and the route, so you can simply turn up and enjoy. 

Walk lengths alternate weekly between 45 and 90 minutes, giving you the flexibility to choose what suits you best. Everyone is welcome, and there’s no need to book - just join the sessions you want.

When and Where?

Every Wednesday, starting at 10:00am. Walks begin from Chagford Health Centre and end in a local café.  

Women’s walks

Craving a bit of adventure? Step away from the everyday and join our Walks for Women on Dartmoor.

Explore wild, beautiful landscapes in great company, guided by a professional female walk leader. Expect fresh air, good conversation, and a chance to recharge.
