Physical Activities

  • Community Allotment

    Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary. It is a great chance to meet new people, share ideas and knowledge, have tea and home-made cake. We often cook soup at the allotment and have sharing lunches.

  • Strength and Balance Classes

    The sessions will include exercises to improve balance and confidence, and demonstrate ways to safely get up again after a fall, with the aim of improving independence and reducing the amount of falls-related hospital admissions.
